You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account email up to date so we can send account, security, and service notices.

3. Desktop App

Atlaire is designed as a local-first desktop app for searching and organizing design assets. Your local files and indexes remain on your device unless you choose to use a feature that clearly sends data to an online service.

You are responsible for the files, images, and other content you choose to use with Atlaire.

4. Subscriptions And Paid Features

Some features may require a paid subscription, trial, or active entitlement. Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be described at checkout or in your account settings.

We may change plans or pricing, but changes will not apply retroactively to a paid period that has already started unless required by law.

You may not use Atlaire to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass security, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Atlaire, including its software, website, brand, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Atlaire to you.

You keep the rights you already have in your own files and project materials.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Atlaire. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid access.

8. Disclaimers

Atlaire is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every project workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.
